Who owns the accounts and access?
Provider accounts and core access remain in the client’s name. Work is performed through separate access with only the required permissions.
Are VPS, domains and hardware included in the work?
No. Infrastructure, hardware, domains and third-party services are paid for separately by the client.
Can you work with existing infrastructure?
Yes. We first agree on the current state, constraints and a safe change plan.
What is handed over after setup?
You receive access, a description of the key configuration and recommendations for ongoing operation.
Is ongoing support available?
Yes. The support model and available scope of work are agreed separately.
What is needed for an initial estimate?
A brief task description, current infrastructure, number of users or devices and preferred timing are enough.
